ARC Defense is set up to supply a wide range of low and high volume assemblies. Components can utilize a wide range of manufacturing processes including assembly, welding, testing, coating, plating, and packaging.
Reverse Engineering
CAD Model Development
ARC Defense typically performs 3D laser scans to develop CAD models when technical documents are unavailable.
Materials Testing
Chemical analysis and testing of physical properties such as hardness, Young's modulus, yield strength, and ultimate tensile strength are utilized to determine a metal's alloy and temper.
Process Development
With ARC Defense experience in a vast array of manufacturing processes, OEM parts can be recreated to meet rigid quality standards. Product specific knowledge and familiarity with military standards allows for development of required testing and qualification parameters.
Process Validation
Functional testing can be employed where needed to validate that component performance meets or exceeds OEM levels.

Kelly Warnock
President Kelly has over 35 years of experience in the manufacturing sector. He has an extensive background in mechanical engineering and has spent many years in engineering, operations, and quality management in the automotive, electrical, and general manufacturing industries. Kelly has worked with many organizations to develop maunfacturing processes and standards. Areas of expertise include assembly, welding, forming, test, robotics, injection molding, coating, and machine design.
Richard Copp
ConsultantRichard has broad experience across many industries including automotive, defense, HVAC, medical, and government. Richard has worked in and managed most every business discipline including engineering, quality assurance, plant and operations management, human resources, materials management/procurement, and general management. Richard is an accomplished author and has written numerous technical articles on quality improvement and industrial statistics. Richard offers 40 years of meaningful and effective work experience achieving and sustaining quality improvements.
